Data Deletion Instructions

If you would like to delete data associated with your use of MagicMotion: Photo Video Maker (the “App”), please follow the instructions below.

1. Deleting Generated Content

The photos, videos, and other visual content generated through MagicMotion can be deleted in the following ways:

Manual Deletion

You can manually delete your generated photos and videos at any time from the generated content section within the App.

Automatic Deletion

If you do not manually delete your generated content, our system will automatically remove generated content from our servers 7 days after creation.

2. Requesting Deletion of Other Personal Data

If you would like to request deletion of other personal data that may be associated with your use of MagicMotion, including:

• Account information associated with your MagicMotion account.
• Device identifiers.
• Usage information.
• Support-related information.

You may submit a data deletion request by following the steps below.

Step 1: Contact Us

as the email subject.

Step 2: Provide Necessary Information

To help us identify and process your request, please include relevant information such as:

• Your MagicMotion account information (if applicable).
• Device identifier associated with your request (such as Advertising ID).
• Email address previously used to contact our support team (if applicable).
• Any other information that can help us locate your data.

Step 3: Processing Time

We will begin processing your request within 3 business days after receiving your request and will notify you of the result through email.

Please note that certain information may need to be retained where required by applicable laws or for legitimate purposes, such as legal compliance, accounting requirements, security protection, or fraud prevention.

3. Important Notes

• Data deletion requests are generally irreversible. Deleted data cannot be recovered once the deletion process is completed.
• Please make sure the information provided in your request is accurate and sufficient for us to identify the relevant data.
